Are there any packages for participants from Europe?
Yes, we have packages for sports participants and non-sporting participants. Please click here to see all our packages designed for European participants.
I do not want to pay online, what can I do?
We are only accepting credit/debit card payments for ESF 2017, and will not be accepting cash or cheques. If you are unable to or are unsure about paying online, please call our the ESF hotline on 020 3034 0567 and we will take payment securely over the phone.
I am travelling from Europe, will transport be provided for me to come to ESF 2017?
I will be travelling with my family, will we be able to share a room?
The Halls of Residence accommodation is limited to single rooms only. There are a range of hotels both on & off campus that provide family rooms. Please visit the Accommodation section for more details.
I am interested in attending ESF 2017 but would like to speak to someone in more detail, who can I contact?

How else can I register for ESF?
There are no paper form based registrations for ESF 2017. If you are not able to access the internet, please call our ESF hotline on 020 3034 0567 and we will take your details and collect payment securely over the phone.
What sports can I play at ESF 2017?
There are a wide range of sports available for all the family. Please see the Sports Schedule for full listings.
How many sports can I play at ESF 2017?
You can take part in up to seven sports through the weekend, but must choose only ONE sport from each Sports List. Please see the Sports Schedule for full listings.
When is the sports registration deadline?
The deadline for all sports and dance competition entries is 23:59 Friday 17th March 2017. There will be no extension to this year’s deadline!
Does every member of a team need to complete an entry form?
Yes. All participants must register individually, however only the Team Captain needs to fill in all the names of the full team.
I need a partner / another player on my team, can you help?
Yes we can! The Player Finder Service is available for all doubles and team sports. Simply select this option on your registration and we will endeavour to match you with a player.
Is there a deadline for the Player Finder Service?
To enable us to have a greater chance of matching you with a partner or team, please ensure your entry is submitted by Friday 10th March.
I do not have a car, how can I get to the University of Nottingham?
There are various ways to get to ESF, using public or organised transport. Please see our Transport page for more information.
What is included in the sports registration contribution?
As well as entry to your chosen sports, all sports participants get Saturday and Sunday Dinner and Entertainment entry cards included. Additionally, for those who register to play Dodgeball on Friday night, your Friday Dinner and Entertainment entry cards are included.
I am not playing a sport, is there anything else I can do at ESF?
How do I obtain entry cards?
Members of the Jamat are able to obtain their tickets for evening entertainment here.

When is Draw Night Live and where will it take place?
This year’s Draw Night Live will be held at The Ismaili Centre on Friday 31st March 2017.
