The Venue

The University of Nottingham is located in the heart of England and, as one of the UK’s leading universities for sport, it has the country’s largest concentration of high quality sports training facilities, equipment and support resources.

Information over the weekend

An Information Team will be available to provide details of all activities and programmes that are being held over the weekend.


Food & Drink

Food and Drink will be available in various locations across the site, throughout the weekend.

Breakfast, Lunch & Evening meals will be served in the Dining Halls within the Rutland, Sherwood & Cavendish Halls of Residence.


Access for Individuals with Disabilities

The University of Nottingham is well equipped to meet the specific needs of individuals with disabilities. Should you require further information or have any concerns please email info@esf2017.org or akswb.dfc@iiuk.org.


First Aid

First Aid will be located in the First Aid room within the David Ross Sports Village (DRSV).


Lost and Found

The Lost and Found will be located at the Information Desk within the East Midlands Conference Centre (EMCC).


Car Parking

All available car parks will be clearly sign posted. Car-parking will be free of charge throughout the weekend.


Security

Please ensure that all cars are locked securely, and that you have removed all your belongings from them. If you see anything suspicious, please report it to the ESF Information Desk or to a member of the Security team immediately.
