Easter is a celebration of resurrection and Spring a time of renewal. This occasion offers us a sacred space together where we can grow in vitality and blossom in our intentions. Based on a Vinyasa flow yoga sequence, Sema yoga is a spiritual concert. An opportunity to connect with your faith through the breath and movement of your body.

15 spaces per session. Please arrive 10 minutes early. Yoga mats will be provided, please wear comfortable clothes.


Zumba

Zumba Fitness is a fun and easy to do fitness and aerobic interval training. Consisting of choreographed dance routines to various styles such as Latin, Afrobeats, dancehall, salsa, reggaeton & soca that help to tone and sculpt the body.


Experiential Introduction to Mindfulness

Explore themes of connection, brotherhood and generosity through our ‘here and now’ experience. We will engage in a range of mindfulness practices enabling us to develop a greater sense of ourselves and how we interact with each other and the world around us.

There are only 25 spaces available per session to ensure a rich, safe and intimate experience. Please arrive early to avoid disappointment. Individuals who arrive after the session has started may not be able to join.


How to reduce stress and enhance psychological wellbeing

One in four people will be experiencing stress, burnout, depression or anxiety at any given time. Given the continuous change, pressure and fast pace of life in current times, it is becoming more challenging to manage our wellbeing and develop the resilience we need to remain focused even in times of significant pressure and uncertainty. The session will draw upon Acceptance and Commitment Training (ACT) – a mindfulness informed approach for well-being and behavioural effectiveness.

There are only 20 spaces available for this workshop to ensure a rich, safe and personalised experience. Please arrive early to avoid disappointment. Individuals who arrive after the session has started may not be able to join.
